We are with the many who are adjacent in time and space dealing with the accompanying Financial, Logistical, Analytical, Biological, Social (FLABS) shockwaves. Many communities (micro, meso and macro in size) nested among the world’s many cultures and subcultures are currently facing making long-lasting FLABS decisions in very short amounts of time. Nothing in their life (personal or professional experience, training or education) has prepared them to negotiate what to do next.

It has long been our view the ± 250 million active LinkedIn members are this planet’s go-to set of thinkers, deciders and doers. You are the key to moving this Planet back into good FLABS health. How you think, decide and act as individuals, and within your micro, meso and macro cultures, will make a meaningful difference.
To that end, isn’t it about time we drop the notion current business models and their associated FLABS power dynamics—each sharing a similar underlying, narrow-casted premise of how business “should run” as a machine, or other industrial frameworks and platforms treating time, space and resources as commoditized modular parts—are sufficient for what the world faces now?
