    Leveling up the way legacy business models address the ageless and timeless preconditions to their fundamentals.

    An Overview….

    There is a growing recognition existing business and other administrative models are insufficient to contain the bio ∞ digital dynamic spreading across larger and larger portions of how we humans interact with each other, technology and The Planet. They are seen to work for a very small portion of the whole while more and more lacking the resiliency to produce, deliver and disperse. Here is an illustration of what we see1.

    In today’s world, where everything is showing it is connected to everything else, we recognize any new business or administrative model will have to effectively and efficiently deal with a broader range of rule sets2. Here is an illustration of what we see3.

    There is a growing awareness to effectively and efficiently deal with this complexity we must learn to move like Nature—take no shortcuts; making sure the importance of the preconditions to the fundamentals are not oppressed or otherwise culturally omitted or dismissed.     We are among those from around the Planet gathering with others to discover:

    Given what is available today, how do we prune what is not working so as to restart growth capable of suppressing violence (and more…)?

    We know we don’t know. We know of no one else who knows.

    We do know people are gathering to make sense of the way Nature organizes itself to use as a template (pattern) for new business and administrative models robust enough to accommodate the dynamics and seamless replacement of today’s failing versions. These dynamics are neither simple, nor straightforward.

    Many are beginning to recognize:

    • The time has come to demonstrate how to effectively and efficiently overcome present day cultural resistance(s) to change in a manner authenticated to Nature; healthy for Planet & People while doing no harm to ourselves or others.

    • A possible way to go about this is not to rush to accept a list of rules to replace the old rules. Instead, take the time for a wide-range of folks5 from around the world to recognize and converse about the preconditions to all rule sets.

    We are grateful for the many more from around the world who have not lost touch with Nature and its rejuvenating ways.

    One element of Nature’s behavioral pattern which is very hard for a great many people to “understand”, accept and be at peace; any time, space or resources perceived to be wasted on the front end is more than more than made up for by Nature itself in the early going, throughout the middle and on the back end.     ∞ 2 . “understanding” is no longer granted, it is earned.

    Generally speaking, when administrative, engineering, and finance organizations have a repeating pattern by which they choose to think, decide and act from / with a place of central command and control, over time, their “model [2]” digresses into an unrecognizable derivative of the original and is no longer capable of achieving stated mission(s), vision(s), goal(s), or objective(s). This is when maladaptive behaviors take hold.

    When previously functioning systems go dysfunctional, situational awareness or nunchi evaporates. This is when folks inside these systems (institutions, governments, corporations, religions, other large groups, small groups, families, social networks and more…) become so disconnected from Nature’s openly displayed patterns of order they begin to harm others and themselves.

    Limiting “rationality” to discrete, direct, linear relationships is no longer effective, efficient or sufficient. There is just too much data for such constrained thinking, deciding and action “models”…

    We find holding space, combined with moving on…8, is not only healthy for all involved, but is quite effective and efficient in helping those caught up in their version of a ‘materialism over mutualism mindset’ to regain their footing and their most prized possession, their “understanding”.

    Often, with new data comes new realizations of the preexisting relationships found in the preconditions to their understanding of “the fundamentals” to their business and other administrative models, and so too, their understanding of their role, their place, their relationship to a Healthier People Interacting with a Healthier Planet℠ gets flipped on its head and inside out. We humans have been here before…

    For “understanding” one’s place in the world, one’s worth to oneself, others, and The Planet is not complicated. It truly is complex. Others cannot grant you, nor administer, engineer or finance an alternative capable of doing what you can do best for yourself.

    Crude Petroleum’s dominance (market share, materialistic cultural behaviors, and more…) in today’s siloed farming, food and healthcare sectors has competition.

    We recognize the dominion as dominance9 cultural power dynamics used by a small number folks from today’s crude petroleum dependent, conventional farming, food and healthcare economic sectors and associated industries—including the administrative, engineering and financial support sectors—are using dominion as dominance in a space not requiring leverage or other forms of oppression.

    We recognize dominion as dominance and other monarchy malarky10 being used to reinforce their silo’s boundaries as a multi-generational dysfunctional cycle worthy of the rest of our attention.11

    We recognize there is an alternative not requiring their silos. This means the rest of us can move on12 while holding space as they choose to waste their time, space and resources to protect what once held great value, but is now seen having its value diminish at a natural rate13.

    We recognize value conversations are an important thinking, decide and acting behavioral pattern(s) naturally ordered to Nature starting points that bring more value and more people to the table quicker. [Thank you Ron Baker.]

    Natural Confluence

    The soils as health℠ culture’s Optimizing with Nature℠ is governed by pacesetting behaviors demonstrating natural order.

    In other words, the willingness to let go and let others succeed as a form of a self-imposed power check on ourselves and others. A proffered power check to others seen proffering and delivering reciprocal actions—not mere words—all without being taken advantage of by others.

    Please do not confuse pacesetting behaviors with “compromising”, materialistic and other maladaptive behaviors known to protect stasis over dynamism and designed to defend the status quo at all costs.

    We recognize the attempt(s) to extend today’s crude petroleum-dependent, conventional farming, food and healthcare economic sector silos and associated industries as a multi-generational dysfunctional cycle worthy of our attention15.     Regenerative agriculture (RG) is a very good start at reversing and moving past present-day siloed farming, food and healthcare’s dysfunction.

These adjustments and adaptations are made on the models for expectations, not on the environment itself. Thus, sensemaking is not decision-making or policy-making—it is the necessary precursor to action; merely getting organized in a sensible way which is rational and reasonable enough to begin taking action(s).

      • While many materialist insist they “must understand” before they commit any form of mutualism, the rest of us, a vast majority of the whole, recognize such attitudes are merely a sign of an illness that can only be healed from within—for there is always more than enough information out and about (metadata) to make decisions, without waiting for the lagging indicator(s) or “the data” so coveted by materialists.

    When overcoming cultural resistance to change, one often encounters a now well understood mindset that is—among other things—part of a multi-generational dysfunctional cycle.

    The soils as health℠ culture shows how to break this cycle known to cause harm to the Planet and People—in a manner that does no harm to ourselves, others or the Planet.

    However, with the materialism before mutualism folk’s general tendency to hesitate too long before taking action in relevant timelines, gives the rest of us—the self-correcting in a self-healing, self-balancing mutualism before materialism kind of way folks—plenty of time, space and cumulative resources to be seen gathering together to show ourselves and all others what Optimizing with Nature℠ is, how it acts, what works, what doesn’t work, what stands in the way and what is needed now.

    One component of human behavior pattern seen to be fraught with difficulty to keep up over time, and dangerous if left unattended, is maintenance behaviors24 authenticated to Nature’s pruning25 and letting go to let life choose its own behavioral patterns, path and more…

    Fix-it and forget-it mindsets26 appear to be so much easier. When interacting with the complexities of Nature, initially binary choices do seem to be better. What is not to like? To all appearances they require less effort over time and certainly seem to operate with less static, friction and other emotional tax.

    Two samples come to mind, one professional and one personal:

    • Professional: Many people think a fundamental characteristic of good governmental and other institutional organizations27 should be the people in the maintenance roles of the administrator, the engineer and their financiers will always do the best for the citizenry over what is expedient or otherwise beneficial to the bureaucrat / mandarin / cleric / prelate / appointee / elected official / corporate executive / civil servant / NGO official / not-for-profit professional, small business owner, teacher, superintendent / principle and others entrusted to do the “right thing” when we mere mortals cannot, will not or are not ‘smart enough’ to know what to do or ‘know better’.
      • In contrast, the beauty of Nature’s behavioral patterns—while the process may or may not be predictable, the outcome always is.28
    • Personal: Many people think a fundamental characteristic of good parenting should be the parent being the child’s best friend. As it often does, Nature demonstrates the irony found in many such humanly contrived notions. (ref. Danielle Belle’s parent ~ child relationship work here.)

    So, how does one tell when authentic adulting in professional or personal space is needed?

    Arrogant hubristic dismissiveness displayed overtly—or covertly through the tender-aged commission of an omission, passive-aggressiveness, (and more…) especially when displayed in the adjacency—is often clear sign of monarchy malarkey. (ref. Jennifer J. Freyd, PhD’s DARVO work, and more…)

    A key behavioral pattern of healthy, authenticated to Nature adulting is having the capacity to proactively allow natural humanistic reactions29 to evaporate on their own, while one moves on with a response known to create benefits for oneself—while not causing harm to others or the Planet.

    In similar fashion, many business owners, project managers, front-line managers and other leaders are discovering, among other things, conventional business model behaviors leveraged to empower administrators, engineers and their financiers are not as helpful as once perceived to be.

    In fact, recent technological advancements (ref: long waves) have made conventional thinking, deciding and acting humans in the role of general manager, overseer, third-party verification and other “control” and permission-giving redundant.31

    Leveraged relationships and their supportive business models give rise to temptations so great many are unable to resist. We are grateful for those among us who proactively provide pacesetting demonstrations of healthier behavioral patterns.

    Our idiom for this now recognized enough to be actionable relationship is ‘bio ∞ digital dynamic’.

    ∞ A. is it too late? nature: victim or oppressor?

    an agnetic aside: a known, multi-generational dysfunctional cycle is when people on the receiving end, having endured oppression for a time, become overly conditioned and while trying to reverse the cycle they become the oppressor.

    Based on past and present-day demonstrated behaviors, many today view Nature as the victim. Following historical patterns, Nature will reverse out of that role and be perceived as becoming the offender—unless we humans can demonstrate we can optimize with her.

    Some would have everyone believe the time for intervention has past.

    Some would say the best humanity can do is to manage a decline, as they continue marching over the proverbial cliff to the drumbeat of preconditioned behaviors leading to predetermined outcomes by way of signaled word set(s); missions, visions, goals, objectives/outcomes, narratives, platforms and more… These societal, cultural and community values and norms demand to be among the accepted set of necessary preconditions (leverage and oppression) before they even think, much less decide or act in any mutualistic way.

    The growing numbers in the soils as health℠ culture have been to this movie before.

    We know how it ends—it is not too late.

    Not by a long shot…

    soils as health℠ folks recognize these sociopathic behaviors do not offer Healthier People Interacting with a Healthier Planet℠ opportunities—as measured in time, space and resources—to practice the discretionary use of the ancient technology, to some degree, innate in all life forms.     • Why?
      • Because, until the recent formation of the bio ∞ digital dynamic hybrid business model, there has not been a business model capable of Optimizing with Nature℠.
      • Because it is hard to form a choke-point from which to leverage the use of an offered product or service.
      • There is a free alternative known to work without the gatekeeper being in control or in charge, let alone the need for said gatekeeper’s administrators and their financiers with their legacy drag / tax / weight.

    While unfortunate, their less than civil behaviors (sociopathic) are understandable, which is why soils as health℠ folks continue to hold space for them to catch up—while the rest of us move to grow out a planetary-wide, peer-to-peer learning environment capable of both keeping it civil and creative.

      • A. Have demonstrated its inability to be competent at the one thing it is supposed to do: create chokepoints of which its beneficiaries control in their self–anointed role of gatekeeper.

        • b. Current business models—designed to maintain the status quo—through suppression protecting stasis by way of gatekeeping, top–down oppression, central command and control, use of leverage on People, Planet and more…, the child–like use of emotionally “doubling down” when things don’t go their way, static accounting, modeling not to mention their most favored control tool “the commission of an omission” on others outside their favored community(s), race(s), silo(s) and other humanly contrived boundaries.)—through their over use of regressive strategies and tactics lacking the elementary capability to contain the indispensable dynamics of Nature.
        • c. These restriction–based business models ported from other less complex situations confine:
          • 1. Financial relationships to leverage–dependent varieties only;
          • 2. Logistical relationships to siloed space;
          • 3. Analytical relationships to linear models;
          • 4. Biological relationships to germplasm owned by people;
          • 5. Social relationships to a small group of self–anointed, self–selected, self–preferencing subcultures all behaving within a very narrow–band of behaviors, known as “monarchy malarky”; behaving like kings, queens and emperors; demonstrating meaningless talks and other nonsense.
          • Adjacent Nontrivial Note(s):
            The above relationships are the core resources known as a group as the FLABS. Along with time and space they make up the “First Materials” Nature uses to create. They are also known, among other things, to be involved in the preconditions of power.
            In contrast, any fundamental, platform, or old style business model seen skewed towards materialism, lacks a healthy connection and ability to reconnect to that which formed its own original fundamentals, at least what is generally being seen operating today. Such systems are not only known to be unsustainable, they are known to grow, like a cancer, until it consumes itself.

      • B. Have demonstrated a failure to account and make room for the time up–front transdisciplinary teams need to access the present state of preconditions they are working with. Such “conditions of the preconditions” include the quality and amount of Nature’s First Materials, time, space and resources, available at the start. Such preconditions have more to do with success and the pathway to success, than any humanly contrived plan, platform, goal, mission, vision, objective or other euphemisms of control materialists use to cover up their leveraging of others and the Planet to achieve their extraction(s).

      We find adopting the use of the word “grow” for how we humans think, decide and act better accommodates Nature’s dynamics and provides robustness traditional and recent “sustainable” business and administrative models—all being seen as being “hacks” from less complex business situations—cannot match.
